Overview

GlideRail has several Glider options that the player may choose from during gameplay. Each Glider has a unique set of stats that make them stand out, as well as certain unlock requirements.
Aside from the standard flight stats, Gliders also track the following stats:
- Jets: Not to be confused with Jet Multiplier. Jets represents the physical number of Jets that a Glider has from 1 to 3.
- Gun Slots: Refers to how many guns the Glider has starting out. Each gun slot can target 1 opponent at a time. More gun slots allows a Glider to target more than 1 enemy, or the same enemy for a shorter delay if no other enemy is nearby. Up to 4.
- Weapon: The Glider's onboard weapon. Weapons are unique to the Glider and cannot be changed.
Gyra

"Standard Issue."
Description
Gyra is the starter Glider and is the baseline for all other Glider frames. Despite being considered "average," the goal of Gyra is to be reliable in all situations whilst not feeling too overpowering. Gyra has a standard amount of health and forgiving flight physics.

Tarys
PASS NETARI TO UNLOCK

"Close and personal."
Description
Tarys is the designated close quarters battle Glider. Its capable of reaching faster speeds than Gyra and has snappier flight controls, but Tarys' weapon requires a closer lock-on as opposed to Gyra, and damage to the Glider results in being weaker until the Tied Shields recharge. Tarys is intended for players who want a faster paced combat experience in exchange for Gyra's forgiving flight controls.

Oket
PASS TENRAI TO UNLOCK

"The Tank."
Description
Oket is the heavy duty Glider with unmatched damage potential and durability stats, but it exchanges those upsides with the downside of being the slowest Glider in the fleet, and becoming severely weaker when at critical HP. Oket is the best for horde clearing and near stable flight controls, but the worst for raw speed.

Kudo
REQUIRES FULL VERSION. DEFEAT THE FINALUS BONUS STAGE WITH A STANDARD GLIDER TO UNLOCK.

"Nimble but frail."
Description
Kudo is one of two hardmode Gliders in the fleet. This glider is the fastest available, but is hard to control and suffers the most from crashes and being at critical HP. Kudo requires its pilot to master flying and gliding to be viable in a fight.

Synax
REQUIRES FULL VERSION. DEFEAT THE FINALUS BONUS STAGE WITH A STANDARD GLIDER TO UNLOCK.

"Death from afar."
Description
Synax is one of two hardmode Gliders in the fleet. This Glider is intended to be a slightly more forgiving experience for hardmode in terms of flight controls, but the tradeoff is that Synax struggles in horde fights due to its weapon choice. While Kudo is a test of skill, Synax is a test of endurance and patience.
